July 2017 Meeting

What: General Meeting

Hey peoples, tomorrow is security night. Willa will bring lock stuffs, but we won’t have a full TOOOL meeting; those have been moved to their own super special place and time.

If there’s something specific you want to hack at security night please BRING IT. Otherwise we will have some impromptu demos and maybe some VM hacking.

So to review:

  • Bring your laptop and whatever toolchain you like most.
  • Bring your lockpicking stuff and any bypass gear you have.
  • Hack all the things, drink all the Bawls

What: General Meeting, TOOOL Meeting

Hey peoples, tomorrow is security night. Dustin will be taking over organizing DC407 because he’s awesome; more on that at the meeting. Willa will bring lock stuffs; we have a lot of new locks and tools to play with. 🙂

If there’s something specific you want to hack at security night please BRING IT. Otherwise we will stand up another random vulnerable VM for us to hack.

What: General Meeting, TOOOL Meeting

 

We will have a HackRF and LAN Turtle for people to play with. We will also have a new vulnerable VM running (De-ICE S1.140) for anyone who wants to whet their network/web pentesting whistle.

@dustinbcox may be around for Smash the Stack, and Willa will be running the TOOOL lockpicking stuff in tandem for anyone who has questions or wants to learn more — she built a handcuff shim people can play with, too.

What: General Meeting, TOOOL Meeting, Random VM Hacking Lab, Hardware Hacking Demo

So, exciting news, we’re an official TOOOL chapter. What does that mean? It means we can use the official TOOOL name, we get access to the shared supplies, and you can join our chapter to support us (and all of TOOOL).

This meeting we’ll be going over some hardware hacking stuff abyssknight did for work, hacking another random VM, and picking some locks to kill time. If you want to bring something cool to hack on please feel free to bring it

What: General Meeting, Lockpicking, Art of Exploitation Workshop #4 (0x600 & 0x700)

This meeting will be primarily focused on the lockpicking challenge room that Xomen built for Maker Faire Orlando. We need to test it and you all are the perfect guinea pigs. We’ll cool down the warehouse ahead of time; don’t worry. 🙂

Yes, this is late notice. Defcon is coming.

Where: FAMiLab, 1355 Bennett Dr., Longwood, FL

What: General Meeting, Lockpicking, Art of Exploitation Workshop #3 (0x400 & 0x500)

HackRF fun, vulnerable VM hacking, lockpicking, and plotting the revolution. Okay, the revolution may just be meeting up at Defcon over drinks but its a start.
